Group Incentive Program
How it works.
Step One: Call to set up the group event and invite your guests.
Step Two: Browse the Website and decide what items you wish to purchase and design.
Step Three: Let us know what to bring and where your group will be meeting.
Step Four: As Group Leader you reap the rewards from your party. The more people who attend and purchase items the bigger YOUR discount. For every person who attends who spends at least $8.00 dollars on an item you take $2.00 off your purchase price. Remember to make your choice last when you order, so that you know just how much you can take off your purchase price!
For example: You are the Group Leader. You invite 10 people and all 10 show up. All 10 guests spend a minimum of $8. You will get $2 for each guest. So you will get $20 to use towards your item that night!
If your event is a birthday party or a shower you have the option of putting this reward towards a special item for the honoree.
Step Five: Paint and have fun. When you and your guests are finished give us a call and we will pick up the products for glazing and firing in our kiln. After this process is finished we will return your product, along with your guests' items for you to distribute to their owners.
Remember!
You do not have to have a party to participate. You are welcome to contact us about purchases just for yourself. We will bring your requested items to you and pick them up when you are ready for them to be fired. We will be happy to deliver them back to you too. Or you are welcome to pick them up if you'd like. We want this to be convenient for you.
Terms and Conditions
When booking group events and placing your order for the items a nonrefundable fee of 25% of the total cost is required up front. This fee goes towards the total cost of the products purchased.
Please order in advance. Many of our products are available and in stock, however some may need to be special ordered. So make sure you allow enough time for these items to arrive.
If you choose to use our paint brushes, stencils, sponges or other supplies to create your one of kind piece, a minimum deposit of $15 will be required to insure the return of these supplies in reasonably good condition.
We service Stillwater, Oklahoma and the surrounding areas. There is a mileage fee of .50 per mile for each additional mile of travel over 10 miles for the delivery of unpainted/unfinished items, pickup for firing and delivery of the finished products. Therefore if you live outside the ten mile range and plan to be in Stillwater, please consider calling to make arrangements to drop off or pick up your items and save yourself the added cost of the travel fee.
We are not responsible for lost or broken items while in the possession of the customer. However should your item be broken or otherwise damaged through any fault of our own, while in our care, we will gladly refund the cost of the item or offer the chance to paint another piece of equal or lesser value.
